Amir has been exceptional across the board. He understood my goals, current position and worked to set up a plan to work towards them, working with and including me in the process. He was informative at each touch point and proactively reaches out to me to check in on things and give me updates. I've run a lot of ideas by him and he always takes the time to work through them with me and provide his thoughts, which I find very valuable.
