John is very polite and easy to talk to. He knows his work and how to negotiate and communicate to the person he is dealing with. A very happy client .

2 years ago we sat down with a Bridges planner and the outcome was not great in the fact that the plans that we had discussed with Insurances and Superannuation we not put in place due to the Planner leaving Bridges. This made us doubt that we would continue with Bridges due to the poor experience.
